Hi all, dell is good. but the customer service and service back up is horrible !!! how can we buy a product without being able to rectify any problem it comes up with? logical? We cannot spend 50 000 and sit idle when we are helpless with a non working laptopall the best for not landing into any problems whatsoever.
Lat but not the least. The most difficult and disgusting aspect of dell is that to speak to a human being who can possibly solve our issue it would take nothing less than half an hour over phone. Imagine holding on the phone for half an hour !!!! I have done..... many times that too !!!!
Even though the laptop is good. it does feel a lot heavier than other competetive models in the market. Its almost a baggage by itself !!! I myself am thinking of going for another brand like hp or something else which would have a better service next time.
TO add to its plight I wanted to buy a new battery pack as the existing one was not giving me even 5 minutes of standby time. To my surprise they said they dont have any battery packs now for even a purchase. now my laptop is nothing but a desktop.
