I had purchased Dell Laptop inspiron series about 2 year back from the very beginning system appeared a bit show but I tried to manage. But gradually the system become very slow and difficult to run.I contacted the technical support team and they were very intelligent to diagnose it as software problem and advised from window reboot. In the process a as advised by, lost my 2tb important data as no one told it would erase data from hard drive.Even then the system was very slow, thank to their robotic mind they advice to take to service centre and believe me at least carry a bottle of water snacks awaiting time
