We had asked for 14 inch laptops through dell sales representative in Bangalore( Order no:84048542), but they sent us 11 inch faulty netbooks.When we contacted them about replacement, they agreed to replace but did not send anyone for pickup, it’s been more than a month now and we feel completely harassed by Dell. There is no customer support. Service provided by Dell is pathetic. Soon we will take legal action against the Dell and their representatives involved.
