I am using Dell Inspiron 15 3521 from 2013 and I am not satisfied with the product. For the first one year of time it was good but after that I first issue that I got is battery drained in a fast way. The second problem I got is keypad problem. Some of the key started bot to work properly. And the third problem I faced is DVD ROM slot problem. Because of all this problem I had to go for service center for 5 different times in between just 1-2 year. Sound is also not that good. 500 GB memory is also not sufficient now a days. Then there is a graphics problem in this computer as well as RAM problem. It lags sometimes.
