Dell customer care is worst.
Try to call them and u have to wail a lot of time before your call is picked up. your phone will transferred many times. Each time u will be asked your service code and u will explain your problem and then customer care person will transfer your call again.
Again u have to wait 5-10 minutes before your call is taken up. Finally after 20-30 minutes if your call reached right person, he will talk u as u are a moron and knows nothing about computers. I tried to explain him that my Laptop problem is hardware problem and nothing related to software but inspite of listening me, person disconnected my phone. Second time I again called but again fed up and disconnected my call. Never rely on Dell for service. They are the worst.
