After buying Dell Inspiron 5547 laptop within about a month I started facing issues with the trackpad, I strongly urge any potential buyers to spend your money else where. My first issue got resolved then came performance issues having 8 GB ram. After much hassle with receiving my replacement due to poor customer service from DELL, my replacement laptop died within a similar timeframe. After reading someone else’s review elsewhere with the same issue, there is an obvious manufacturing defect with these laptops. I do not recommend this product to potential buyers who use their laptop heavily.
