I am using this laptop from last one year.Its nice lap.userfriendly.the main problem of dell laptops are the battery complaint.my battery doesn’t work properly.i dont have any other problem.one time I change the keyboard.the laptop is a good product.i like it .its cost is also less.so everyone can afford the price
