User friendly-it is a user friendly product as all things are kept to get the best out of the laptop.It runs on very smooth and the touchpad is very responsive.I have never frlt a dely onve on this device.
value for money- it us a value for the money with all the features and full warranty of two years with gifts that I get on buying was sennheiser earphones. It is value for money laptops.
Support and service- Support and service of this is easy and convinced as we are providing with home services in which I can have it repaired at home by a professional.
What else do you need. its a great product. I am happy with it. You will be if you are a gaming fun.
