Dell is cheater and now quality is compromised.
They advertised on their website to get FREE Sony headphone on purchase of Laptop.
They couldnt deliver product on time. When I didnt found headphone in the box. I contacted customer care and they committed that we will get it withing 45 days.and again after few days they said you wont get this gift as there was a procedure which was written in fine print somewhere else and that I have not followed the same.
Laptop quality is also compromised now and so I wanted to return this product but they do not have return facility and they wanted to cut 15% of the total value.
Sad, such a cheater company. Do not care for the customer.
