Its a nice laptop within the budget of 30K with choice of Intel Dual core and core i3.
The provided 4 GB RAM is enough for normal day to day work.
graphic works may require more amount of RAM like 8 GBs.
The only draw back I found is the design. Its very flat and unattractive.
the Curves are lost .
In contrast HP has still got the looks on its Laptops.
The System does not heat on normal use, unless One uses it on a soft surface like matress or his / her own Lap.( its obvious, anybody would get HOT;)
Dell warranty is good as per the experience of the past and parts are easily available.
