Please Dont go for the new DELL Laptop Products !!

I have recently bought a DELL Inspiron 15 laptop. and I wanna say that It was my worst experience with that. As written it has all the best features but the truth is that the quality of product is very very much low. Itsjust been 3 months I have bought that and Thehard-disk has been broken down without any much usage which is really weird and dis-satisfactory. Even the further help and support provided was devastating. I have done 35 k investment for that and it really didn’t work for me well.


Will suggest all people there to please be aware! its really disheartening!


I never expected such an faulty product form a Brand!. Its unbelievable to see the change in statements of the same sales and technical executives who were praising about it so much but after a fault came out then they said that "there is no guarantee for these products they can broke down in a day", why they didn’t said these lines on the day we came there to buy the product? hopeless, gutless!


PS: No matter how much the sales person forces u to buy the product never ever believe what he says until u are satisfied with the product.
