I have Dell Inspiron 15 laptop from last six months and problem with this laptop also from last six months. It’s battery went out of the first one within 6 months but it’s change because it’s within warrenty but the customer support was not good it’s response is so poor , every time they says that some major parts are always out of stock. it’s totally a waste of money I my opinion we get the awesome laptop of other brand, it’s reliability is very poor it does not give 100% satisfaction after using it. I do not recommeded to buy Dell laptops prefer another brand.
