Not happy with Dell Inspiron 15R

I am not yet at all happy with Dell support people. I purchased Dell Inspiron 15R in the year of 2011 and it was working fine till Aug 2014. I have warranty up to Apr 2014. In Aug my system was not turning on, so immediately I raised a issue with dell support.


They analyzed the issue and told me that there is prob with mother board and suggested to go for one sitting event in which they will take care of the total system and provide the service till the device will completely okay. They charged rs.11000.00 for this and 1100rs for visiting.


I paid the above said amount in Aug 2014 itself. After that I wrote many mails but they didn’t turn up.


I am really unhappy with the service.
