I am using from last 6 months and I like its speed, tools that installed by Dell. Its soft key help not giving any feeling that I am working on Laptop, its same like you people work on desktop.
If I compare prize of Dell laptop with other brands, like, HP, IBM, Sony, etc.
Then it is value for money. Dell is providing higher configuration with reasonable cost and people can pay for that. Things that stopped me first to buy Dell laptop that was the service center, Dell service center is only available in B’lore. If some one need help and Dell can fix that issue in their service station then minimum 15 days time is required which is not acceptable.
Secondly, if you buying a laptop from different country then Dell is not proving support for that product in other countries. If you want to cover this risk then cost is too high.
