I have purchased a brand new Dell 1520 laptop it was shipped to me on the second day of usage I experienced speaker issues. which the dell representatives have come and replaced the speakers it comes with built in speakers. After an year exactly the mother board has gone bad I had paid Rs. 11000 to replace the mother board I was told that it is only got three months warranty. The same mother board again after six months has gone bad when I called up dell they said they would give me a discount of Rs. 1000/- i.e. I should pay Rupees 10000 to which I was not willing.
Kindly request yourl to never buy a dell inspiration model if yourl buy please buy extended warranty because once yourl get an issue with the laptop no matter even you spend a very good amount on purchasing a laptop it is of no use coz the after sales service only provides you refurbished products which do not give you any life. Refurbished means already used parts which would be taken to the repairing units and repaired for small rectifications. In India I believe a customer becomes a beggar once he has paid the money to the seller. Kindly be clever enough to go through reviews and buy products and also buy extended warranty in case of electronic products.
