Its actually not a bad performing laptop. I think it performs fine and I really like the touchscreen. However, the issue with the WiFi card. It will only connect to the WiFi 20% of the time. The rest of the 80%, it will try to but then say cannot connect and hide the WiFi list for a few minutes as a punishment. When you finally get it to connect dont get too excited because it will drop the WiFi connection and youll have to try your luck at connecting all over again.
I contacted Dell support while I was under the warranty and they just sent me around in circles for months until my warranty expired and abruptly decided to refuse to help me.
