Was proud owner 1525 but not now

I totally agree that dell has nice looking notebooks with good pricing but it doesn’t last long when it comes to the the warranty of there products.you are the king until you are in warranty and as soon as you lose it they become the king and rule you.


I had enjoyed owing this laptop for a year but its two months after I lost my warranty.I fell prey to this big bullshit company, it is just 2 months over my warranty period and both my harddisk and ram are not working. the laptop does not starts and customer care says to open and check for lose connections, they are asking for a 6590 rs like beggars so that they wud help this little guy with no warranty.


I also told them that I had raised this issue earlier about hard disk malfunctioning but they did not respond and now I am like a sitting duck to them , without warranty they can do whatever they like.so do not go for dell , there product suckssss .if u still buy it be ready to shell out 30000 more to get it working if not in warranty period instead I wuold recommend buy a good brand like sony, hp, lenevo
