Its a good laptop for rough usage. One of the turn offs is the numerous Dell software which come along with this product pre-installed. Any high memory or processor usage heats up the system and turns it off automatically. That’s by far is the most and only disappointment in this product. Servicing isn’t great as Dell doesn’t have the normal way of selling through dealers. Its speakers are pathetically bad.
Cant do anything without using an ear-phone. The option of customization in Dell laptops makes it convenient for the user to configure each component specifically to meet his needs.
The product is rugged and fit for rough usage, but it lacks the basic components of a good laptop.
