TOO MANY PROB WITH NEW LAPTOP

I bought dell laptop inspiron 1525 on 25th february, used it for one day and guess wat? next day the laptop wont switch on called up the tech ppl and learned they are open from monday to friday that too from 9am to 6pm, ridiculous. they dont have toll free no too. the technician came on the third day(i was promised the next day). he handled the laptop in very harsh way HE TOLD MY MOTHER BOARD IS NOT WORKING SO I HAD TO CHANGE THE WHOLE MOTHER BOARD IN TWO DAYS OF BUYING BRAND NEW LAPTOP.


After changing the mother board I learnt that some 12 keys of the key pad is not working.HEIGHTS. Then next day again I called them and I ASKED THEM FOR REPLACING THE LAPTOP AND THE RUDE OPERATOR SAID IT WILL TAKE MINIMUM OF 21 DAYS TO GET A NEW LAPTOP. since I needed the laptop I had to go for repair and still waiting for the technician.


I tIink they are using substandard parts.


THey should improve the quality of tech support and atleast get a toll free 1800 no for their customers.
