I am here to share my experience with Dell Inspiron 15R 5520 Laptop.
My uncle bought this lap on March 2015 along with me from Trivandrum Dell Showroom.
Its working very nice till yesterday.Yesterday itself when we are looking any page, it automatically moves from top to bottom.
When we call to service center they told us to bring lap there, so we bring lap to them, after checking they ask us to change keypad and circuit which cost 2400rs.
Only a one year product has only this life span, all othet laps cost only 1100 something to replace keypads.Perfectly its a bad decision for us to purchase this product.ell Inspiron 15R 5520 is bliss to have. Its been 2 years that I am using this system. And belive you in me I never faced any difficulty ir challange in using it, never hanged very fast. Highly recommend for everyone especially for video games lover. All the windows are easily accessible. Thanks Dell!
The screen also has some lines on sixth month itself.Totally am not recommending you all to go for this if you care your money and time.
The parts got sharply damaged correctly after the warranty period, when we went to service center I totally amazed of the peoples there coming for repair and damage.
