Blunt people after warranty expired...

I purchased this laptop almost one year ago. I must say this product is good. I purchased it from amazon. It was under warranty for 1 year. Till the time, it was under warranty, it worked fine. This July, warranty was expired.


Now, in July, I had a problem with stuttering and snoring sound with my laptop. I kept calling Dell for multiple times and they kept transferring me from one department to another. Finally after 45 minutes, when I reached to real person, after listening my issue, person directly said, he will need to send out a technician which will cost Rs. 1500/-+ charges as per technician.


He did not even try to help me. In fact, he did not even listen me properly. I was very disappointed by this kind of help. I mean, after spending 45 minutes, you are not helping me and asking me spend 1500.


After that I decided to google and and found out that it was an issue with the setting. I went and disable the Realtek micro phone and issue is resolved. I would say once again, product is good but service is pathetic.
