Around 5 months ago I bought this great laptop and it was the best dell laptop I ever had because of it great features and the processor.
This laptop I think is the best in user friendly because it had the 4th generation i7 processor which makes this laptop a stunning device with its 8 GB RAM and a 2GB of graphic card make this laptop a great gaming device with loads of external features like touch screen.
Reliability is very much excellent because it’s battery stay around 7 to 8 working hours but the heating problem is the main issue while playing the laptop gets so much heat up but there will be few minutes to cool it down and i’m personally satisfied by this product .
Value of money if I say it is not that pretty much higher but you will get that best product at this reasonable price and the there is waste of money in this.
I never come through any serious problem on this device but there customer is very good and personally take the support for installing a newer version of the windows.
