I had bought this laptop 3 years back and it it still working fine. During the first year, due to VLC player, the sound had cracked but they provided nice service and fixed the problem without charging any fee and even provided pick and drop facility.
The processor and great and the battery still works for more than 3 hours. It is quite stable and sound quality is great. I haven’t had any hardware problems. I would recommend this product for individual use for students. I am quite satisfied.
