From the date of purchasing dell is not working properly. In spite of I5 processor dell delivers slow speed. antivirus also not taking updates. power supply problem of dell making me very irritating. my lappie is creating problem in switching ON. m not getting help from technical support. As I am an engineering student and due to this problem I am unable to complete my projects.feeling helpless.
I would like to suggest that no one should purchase dell. its useless to spend money on inspiron 15R.
