DELL - Bad customer support, no commitment, no morality. Wondering how’s this company is still surviving with so many bad reviews piling up day by day to their basket. A small note to all those who are planning to buy Dell products - Do buy this product iff you are deaf, dumb & blind. So that u don’t face any problems.
I asked for 14inch and they shipped me 11inch.They shipped me wrong product and defective pieces, keypad was broken. This resulted in endlessfollowups from last 30 days with exchange team and till now nothing has happened.
