Bought this laptop almost a year back.very bad product. Product is slow in terms of slow processing. Even a word file take lot of time to open. Raised request to Dell.but they are saying the warranty is only basic.that is Hardware only. They are sending me links ’how to do it yourself’ & asking me to do the formatting & they would provide me remote support.how such a reputed company had such a bad after sale service. Do not buy any Dell product.
