Hi today I am going share my personal bad experience with dell laptop.I had bought it before 2 years ago. after knowing about the best design performance of it I purchased it. But within only just 8 months it shown its bad effects.Specially the display, the reality of picture quality I cannot get here. I can’t get that picture quality which I expect from the movies like avatar, avenger and etc.As the ram is sufficient here but it’s management is not good. I just played some games here but 2/10 times it get hanged. No more further steps are going to do next.After 1 year of used it’s headphone jack it’s not worked properly. Computer can’t connect headphone jack sometimes and sometimes some rough sounds come here. I used my JBL and Boat headphones. The headphones are functioning in other device but not here.
So I can’t get satisfiction with it. I am gamer so wan’t not better but at least good performance that was also not get here. So finally it is not good for 30, 000/- of budget. Because some other good laptops are present in this price range. So I can’t support to game lovers and movie watchers this laptop. The other functions are good. this is true that the laptop works fine if we use windows 10 well hardware acceleration, in windows 10 it works better, its ram performance is better but we keep to update the operating system of the laptop. i3 processor as I using in this laptop works fine . and this laptop is good for home use battery is a average . as I sad it is best for home use .and look and design of the laptop is average. Camera quality is also poor but not bad, for gaming purpose this laptop is good with medium quality graphic games only .if you are a game lover I .will never recommend this. its not good for high end graphics . if it comes to processing speed it is good i3 processor works fine. 14 inch screen is better but not best for watching high quality videos . screen brightness is fine. speakers sound quality fine.after all my opinion to this laptop is average and for home us only.
