I bought a Dell Inspiron 344234500 a week back, and must confess that it was preety dissappointing. This particular product has certain drawbacks which are stated as below. 1) Computer will cradh when left idling and need to force shut doen using power key. 2) Computer will crash under sleep mode and left idling and need to force shut down power key. 3) Suddenly there will be no sound and need to reboot.( Sound drive crashed) . 4) Sometimes during boot up, the screen will be totally black but the notebook is processing abd will reach windows. Need to force shut down a few times or plug in the external monitor to solve the problem. The configuration however is pretty decent, as stated below OS- Windows8.1, OS Architecture-64 bit, Screen size- 13.86 inches, Resolution- 1366x 768 Pixels, Processor Brand- Intel, Processor Core Type- Corei3( 4th Gen) Processor Variant- 4005U, Chipset- Intel QM87 Express, Clock Speed- 1.7 GHz, Cache- 3MB, GPU- Intel HD Graphics 4400, RAM- 4 GB DDR3, RAM Frequency- 1600MHz. I an quite unhappy with the processing speed and general feel, audio isnt too great and movies , songs are barely audible, even in quiet surroundings, making headphones a must.
