I purchased this laptop nearly 5 months ago. Initially it was very good and working fine but aftersome time its motherboard got corrupted. Service of dell is also very bad. They take a lot of time to replace the motherboard. Now again cooling fan issue arises as cooling fan doesn’t work. Due to this laptop gets more heated and aftersome time turn off accidentally. I am very disappointed with this as customer service is also not very good. Design of laptop is fine but there are many problems with the functionality. Wifi is also not working properly as I have installed drivers also. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to buy this laptop. Specifications are good but hardware is not good.
