The features are good I have been using this laptop from 2015 no driver problem till date but it is made of plastics only. Due to it’s plastic built I often find myself feeling bad about laptops built quality. And when I was using it one of the screw felt out. And there after when there is light disturbance, Laptop gets shut down. Otherwise no any software and driver issue. If you are about to buy this product just consider built quality If it matters for you, Then just consider another product.
