I bought this laptop 4 months ago thinking that it is of very well known brand dell and everything will be good but I have experienced a very bad experience with this laptop.It was total waste of money.The laptop was with manufaturing defects like bad speaker problem and touchpad not of good quality.
The quality was also very bad it was a disappointment for me from dell.After 1 month keyboard problem arised and it took 7 days to change it then battery problem arised.It is not a durable product.
According to me this is not a value for money laptop and it is waste of money so buy some other brand laptop like lenovo or hp.
The service was better in response against the product.Customer care responsed against the problem and engineer resolved the problem but took very time.
