Firstly dell has best service ever.I listen about dell service when I was on college days.Thanks dell for maintaining this type of service even after many years.For mid range budget, I would like to rate this product as very genuine.It’s Latest generation Intel Core i5 chip, 4GB RAM, 500 GB HDD, and onboard Intel HD 4000 graphics.Inbuild speakers with good sound makes this product as very genuine.Latest generation on build chip with enough cache to made this product has best of class.
