Product is good but s9me disadvantages are followings
1.Battery backup is less then other laptop like Hp.
2.Display v angle is far.
3.Weight is more then other dell laptop.
4.Charging time take more then other.
4.Only Sound quality is good.
5.Not fully working on window xp or vista.
6.Only adapt new technology.
