I’m using Dell Inspiron 2558 laptop from 1 year. The product is good, not so heavy. The battery backup is good. It is user friendly product easily you can carry. The service quality is good if any problems occurs then Dell solve it on call or if it is not solve then you can give to service centre they will give you within 1 to 2 days. Overall I’m surely satisfied with this product. Overall the service quality is good and it is a good product. The cost is average I buy it at Rs31000.
