This is bring about awareness to all Dell laptop and PC users that a fake and Unauthorised Dell Dealer exists in Vashi, Arenja Corner. He is a sweet talker and convinces people to buy Dell laptops from him. He however coaxes people as to not ask for Original receipts and if mandated he asks for exhorbitant amount of money almost 12.5%. He claims that the Company outlet opp. McDonald’s belongs to him and it his delaership only. He also undertakes repairs and other services and sells Windows 7 Ultimate for Rs.750. He deactivates most of the system components and every-time you visit him he mentions that some other part has gone faulty and after a few visits he mentions that your laptop is old and better buy a new one. He provides fake Dell parts and charges huge amount of money and has already duped many of my friends.
This is hugely impacting the Dell reputation in India and I would like to use this forum to raise this issue with Dell India.
