Continuous problems with new Dell Inspiron N4010

I’d purchased a brand new Dell Inspiron N4010 last month and I’m getting continuous problems with my system from last 15 days. Nothing is resolved in these 15 days after 2 engineer visits have already done and also I submitted this laptop on Dell service center for 2 days. I’m loosing my clients and money everyday... I’m very very very.... disappointed with Dell service


The Dell Support engineers are the worst hardware engineers in the world I think. They even don’t know how to open this laptop and they come to my place and tried to change the hardware. They did changed the hardware but every time they replace new hardware, a new problem occur in the laptop. The very First time (Just after a month), a problem occurred in motherboard and system disappeared. I’d to wait 8 days for the motherboard replacement (As I have complete cover warranty) but after replacing the motherboard, 2 new problem occur in the system. 1st is on startup and other is with the screen when it wake up from standby. I re-complaint this problem at the same time in front of that engineer.


After 4 days, another engineer come and he replaced another motherboard and LCD screen but after that nothing fixed and a very new problem arrived. My Network port has been discontinued. Now I’m not able to connect to the Internet and after 15 days of these continuous problems, its a DABBA for me and nothing else. I never recommend anyone to go with Dell Service. Its worst service and their Engineers don’t have any hardware or Dell laptop knowledge. My system was fixed 3 times but still I can’t continue my work on it. I’m facing a lot of problems in my work due to this system irregularity. Its my worst decision to purchase Dell system.


I recommend to choose other options before going with Dell and Always think that Dell support never care who are you, what’s your problem. They will treat you as a caller and nothing do for you.


I planned to replace my system and they told me that you will have to wait for 40 days for the replacement. What the hell is this?? They can’t fix my system, they can’t identify the problems in my system and then they are telling me to wait for 40 Days???
