I am using Dell inspiron 5558(5000)series Laptop for 2 months. In i3 laptop they are giving 45w standard adapter with power ratings 19.5v and 2.31A. In this series of laptop the Charger pin has been changed, It has quite thin pin.
The battery is 14.8V 2700mah 4cell in this laptop. So the battery is comfortable and it gives 4 hour backup.So It works very well. It also has quite bigger trackpad comparison to Dell’s 3542(3000)series laptop.
Although this laptop has some drawback too which I am facing these days.
1- No power ON LED.
2- Sometimes it does not support synaptics driver. Even you have downloaded it from dell website then also.
3- Drivers does not support windows 8, But it supports windows 7, 8.1, 10
4-It does not has VGA port, but it has HDMI port.
