Easy to use as compared to other laptops with having very new shortcut keys and night light in key.Quality is also decent and about durability I cant tell that much but I am using it from 1 years ago it is rough and tough.This product is having the great value for money as it stands for its great features and its value.And the service of dell is also good though they you a 3 years warranty of the product, so you can repair it free of at your nearest dell service center with the 3 years of warraty period.
