Today(13/1/2011) I came to know that Dell has got such a worst customer service .I lodged a complaint and as per their customer service they told that they will fix the issue with free of cost.
When engineer came today, he told that this cant be done with free of cost. Again in front of him, I called customer service Now customer service executive told that it cant be done free of cost.
They first courier me the device, but engineer told that he cant do anything. I got fully wrong information from customer and to be frank the customer service executive who spoke to me is so rude that he dont even know what he is saying.
NEVER GO TO DELL, BECAUSE IT HAS GOT SUCH A WORST AND HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
