When my new system was down, I tried to lodge complaint at helpline, I was told that there are about 50 people r in the queue so call after exactly 2 hrs, after 2 hrs when I called again I was told there r 60 people in the queue call after 2 hrs.
Local Dell service office gave me no. of service coordinator, I spoke 2 her & explained above pb, requested to lodge complaint but she refused and told me to go to helpline only. Very bad attitude of a Dell executive.
If a customer do not get help from helpline no. where do they go ? Only after more than 3 hrs of try, I could speak to tech dept, but again they refused to depute person at home though system carries in home service warranty, they advised to open the cabinet and perform cleaning operation, is this the way Dell India treats their customer ?
