Poor product quality

I wanted a laptop for light usage in a low budget train so I decided to go for this laptop the laptop was working perfect for a 4-5 month but after that it started making issues my trackpad stop working after that.


when I inform the Dell they kept my laptop for 4 days repaired it, was working fine but I face same issue again after 2 months I don’t think that their services good their product quality is extremely poor .


there were no soft keys on the keyboard is there were no gesture for trackpad so I don’t think there is any user friendly I am not satisfied by the product and Dell service friends please stay away from such brand watches taking extra money from you and I am not going to give you any kind of service for their product.
