Worst ever

I had purchased Dell Inspiron N5110 6 months ago. Till now, it has crashed 3 times. I have been able to use it for not more than 10 hours till date. Every time I make a complain, the dell service engineers replace the part. It works fine for a few days but again back to square one. The last time the parts (Display. Processor, Motherboard, Heat Sync & Speakers) were replaced again was a week ago, I am now scared when the problem will occur again. The service and support is pathetic and they way they respond in the beginning is as if they care very much for the customer but slowly they start taking you for granted. If you ask something to them, the responses you get is "If you wanted to know in the beginning then you should have asked. It is not our problem". I think they don’t understand the meaning of Customer Satisfaction at all.


I do not recommend anyone to buy Dell Products ever as the quality is the worst starting from product to the support.
