It was my first laptop with 2gb of ram and an i3 processor.starting from its looks, its got a simple and stylish design with a HD resolution big screen. the built quality is great as not even a single keyboard button has been damaged or any other part as well.but when it comes to durability its not so great as I have got problems like currupt windows, display problems and all regularly but it could also be my fault.with its features like 4usb plugs, 2 jacks(one for headphones and one for mic) and separate buttons to operate many things like wifi.bluetooth, etc.makes it easy to use.now talking about its performance, it will get slower with time and games will lag, especially high-end games as its not meant for gaming. now lastly talking about dell’s service and consumer support, its not that great as most of the times I have to get my laptop fixed outside only.
overall its a good product for average using people who doesnt go very hard on their laptops.
