The laptop built is very good and decent but after using for 3 months the speaker gets spoiler and you will face many issues with the WiFi connectivity also. There is a no solution for the speaker but WiFi connectivity has fix. We can fix the WiFi connectivity by upgrade to the new Microsoft windows 10 OS which runs faster in this system and smooth. There are many issues I faced with this pc in just using for 2 months only. Please don’t buy this pc.
Because I exprenced many problem with this.
This pc comes with windows 7 os and this pc is upgradable to Windows 10 also. You face issue with the disc insert also.
Value of money is very poor if you buy this product because in this pc there are major issues which consumer will face just using for 2 months only.
Service provider is good and genuine. In windows 10 there is an app feedback Huff for there we can solve the issues by asking the service provider about any issue.
