Hi, Never buy Dell laptop. I booked a laptop online but no one contacted me after 24 hrs from the booking date against promised SLA mentioned in the order email.
After 5 days of order booking I tried to reach their help line. The CR is very arrogant and disconnected my phone when sharing my grievance with him and also wanted to pay for purchase. But after this experience I have decided to go for other brand. Good luck for Dell. Dell should look to improve their service before anything they offer.
