I would like to share my opinion about the Dell laptop I ordered from the website Dell.com last year.
I am very disappointed with the product. There are many disappointments I have to face due to this foolish laptop.
My dell laptop was working properly in the initial days but within a month I noticed problems in its touch pad.
I went to the service center of Dell but they told me that Dell laptop parts are not easily accessible so I have to wait for a Month to get it fixed.
But the problem still persists, from that time it is not working properly.
I think dell laptops are quite heavy in weight than others.
Another drawback of dell laptop is that there may be some issues which won't be easily mended by the user, requiring technical experts.
It is quite user friendly but I think it does not makes it a good choice anyway.
I think dell is just a name .nothing else!
I would not recommend others to choose Dell laptops.!
