Poor quality of service

Hi there, I have dell Inspiron i3 I had purchased it last year from Amazon in Diwali sale it cost me 25300 it was quite good deal I was happy I was satisfied with the laptop performance for moderate it is okay I just use it for movies and sometime ppt for projects so I was satisfied but then comes there I pink dot on left side of my screen I mailed to the service centre but they said its okay then 4 5 dots so I visited to service centre for the same but they instead of giving service to me free of cost as it is within guarantee they ask me to pay 8000 for the same because they are saying its a physical damage I am so angry with it I would never buy dell products nor recommend the same to anyone.
