I had bought a Dell Streak in the month of August, 2011. The phone stopped charging one day and I took it to the service center.
The service center guys said that the phone cannot be repaired and since it was in warranty they would provide me a replacement in a weeks time.
It has been more than 2 weeks since I submitted the handset and I havent received any confirmation from either Dell or the service center on the date I would receive my replacement handset.
The service center does not offer any substitute handset for the duration and most of teh times they are rude.
If I try to reach Dell Mobile care I do not get any response as it is very difficult to get through and they also do not provide any response other than that the phone is out of stock.
I spent 25000 Rs on a phone and this is the kind of response that I am getting from both Dell and their service center.
