I have submitted my Dell Venue Tab bearing Service Tag 7FR6222 to service center in Kolkata on 03/09/2015. The device was having booting problem that device used to get stuck at logo. So it required only re-installation of Android only. Today I called the service center where I gave my tab and the person told me that they have lots of device and still they are working on device submitted in the month of August 2015.
It is pathetic that in reinstalling the OS takes two weeks! surprising!
What kind of service Dell is providing. It is second time in the last 7 months that device has the same problem.
Now I feel cheated for choosing a wrong product and came to know that brand value is nothing for Dell.
I did not purchase the tab to keep it there in the service center for all the time.
I want my issue to be resolved as soon as possible and I want to get my device by this Wednesday 16th September 2015.
Dear Dell Management "Do not focus only on selling - try to satisfy the existing customers".
