The laptop came with a beautiful finish with very decent look.
The Services provided by dell support were awesome with very fast resolving of problems.
The main concern was with the battery which I think has an auto die feature and it experienced permanent failure after 1 year warranty was finished.
Other features like nvidia graphics card is good.|
They give McAffee subscription but it never installs and have many problems.
Overall, the product is good for students and proffesionals.
